Herbs such as Astragalus and White Atractylodes are highly revered for their ability to strengthen the Lungs, and support the body in building potent, protective surface immunity, offering a shield against external pathogenic forces. Poria fortifies our immune defences further, assisting the body to transform any fluid or damp that has invaded the body. The addition of Turkey Tail is the final cherry on top of this already incredible immune blend, it's presence awarding QI as one of the key immune formulas in the SuperFeast apothecary.
